It's a great place to stay at. Rooms are quite spacious and well equipped. Breakfast is delicious and surely everyone can find something for themself. Although the staff does not really speak English, they go above and beyond to help you and make you stay pleasant.

I had an enjoyable stay. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. I stayed here on my last night in Hangzhou, a bit far from the local attractions, but the area was suitable for my needs as I stayed there during the Asian Games. There was a bit of a language barrier with the staff, but they tried to help as much as possible when I asked for help. I would choose this hotel again if I needed to stay in that area. There are a few cafes near the hotel and a few tables outside. For more options, there is also a good shopping mall with many restaurants, a 5-10 minute drive away (I took a taxi there). Breakfast was also good.
